Chef Regina Charboneau is nationally known for her Contemporary Southern Cooking. She has appeared on the NBC Today Show as well as being a frequent guest on P. Allen Smith's syndicated Gardening Show.
Cooking Classes typically are for 6-8 people. There are weekend packages available. Classes are $125 per person and that includes a four course lunch or dinner in the main Dining Room at Twin Oaks.
Regina has also hosted group classes for up to 35 guests for Corporate Events with great success.
